Which hydrogen inhaler should you choose?

There is no official "best" hydrogen inhalation machine — but there are facts to compare: generation method, flow and concentration, water requirements, availability in Europe, and what happens after you buy. Here is an honest look at the devices buyers most often weigh against each other. Details about other manufacturers' products come from their own websites and may change (July 2026).

The criteria

These matter more than the brand.

Generation method

PEM electrolysis with titanium electrodes separates hydrogen from oxygen during generation. Simpler membranes can mean lower purity and shorter lifespan.

Concentration

Controlled low concentration (Lita Air: approx. 3-4%) or high-flow units near 100% hydrogen — which place very different demands on handling, since hydrogen in the wrong proportions is flammable.

Availability and support

Is the device sold with support, warranty, returns and spare parts where you live — or as a direct import with none of it?

Total cost

Water, consumable parts and service over time — not just the purchase price.

The devices

Lita Air, Lourdes Hydrofix, Suisonia — and the marketplace boxes.

Lita Air

Japanese-designed hydrogen inhalation machine with titanium PEM electrolysis, approx. 100 ml/min and a controlled 3-4% concentration. Sold in the EU by us with support from Sweden, a 30-day return window, warranty and spare parts — and you can try it in Stockholm before buying. 2 490 € incl. VAT.

Lourdes Hydrofix

Japanese hybrid device for both hydrogen water and inhalation, sold mainly through its US distributor (around 2,600 USD per the distributor's site, July 2026). No established EU distribution that we can see — expect direct import, currency conversion, shipping and transatlantic support.

Suisonia

Japanese inhalation device in a higher price bracket (new units listed around 1.3 million yen per Japanese sources, July 2026), used mainly in salons and clinics in Japan. No established consumer distribution in the EU that we can see.

Generic PEM units

Marketplaces are full of devices with unclear specifications, unknown purity and no support. The price is tempting — but check flow, concentration, materials and what happens if it breaks before you order.

This comparison covers product facts and availability — not health effects. No hydrogen inhaler is a medical device or a treatment in the EU, regardless of manufacturer.
