The gas
Hydrogen has two properties worth understanding: it is flammable in the wrong proportions with air, and it is not toxic. Safety is therefore about concentration and handling — not about the gas itself.

In studies where hydrogen was inhaled at low concentrations, no serious adverse events have been reported. The wording matters: "none reported" is not the same as "none exist".
A hospital safety study followed continuous low-concentration hydrogen inhalation over 72 hours without serious adverse events attributed to the gas.
Research on molecular hydrogen is promising but not yet sufficient for health claims. We use it as educational background — not as a promise of results.

Safe use
The essentials from the product instructions: water, time, electricity, and hygiene. Lita Air should be used with compatible distilled water and with the understanding that hydrogen inhalation is a wellbeing routine — not medical treatment.

Recommended use is 15-60 minutes per session. More time is not necessarily better; consistency matters more.

Device quality
Not all hydrogen is equal when it is generated at home. Electrolysis is chemistry: the quality of the membrane, the electrode materials, and the purity of the water affect what ends up in the gas you breathe. Basic generators without published specifications can deliver lower purity, and unclear materials make possible byproducts hard to rule out.
