Delivery and returns

Practical terms before Lita Air is shipped.

Because the site is inquiry-based, delivery, shipping, payment, and return details are confirmed before a binding purchase is made.

Sweden and the EU may be handled after separate confirmation. Availability, stock status, and delivery country are confirmed for each order.

Preliminary delivery timing is provided in the order dialogue. No delivery time is binding until confirmed.

Shipping cost, carrier, and any import or handling details are confirmed before purchase.

Consumers in the EU normally have a 14-day withdrawal right for distance purchases. Contact us before returning.

The product must be returned complete and in essentially unchanged condition. Value deduction may apply for use beyond necessary inspection.

Inhalation accessories may be subject to specific hygiene requirements. Any limitations must be stated before purchase.

Refunds are handled according to applicable consumer rules after the returned product has been received and checked.

Business purchases, clinic setups, and distributor dialogues may have separate terms confirmed in writing.
