Hydrogen inhalation: what is it?

Hydrogen inhalation means generating molecular hydrogen, H2, at a controlled concentration and inhaling it during a defined session. I regenerate presents it as a wellness routine, not as medical treatment.

The basics

A calm ritual with clear boundaries.

Lita Air is built for people who want to add hydrogen to a daily routine without exaggerated promises. The recommended session is 15-60 minutes, with consistency more important than longer use.

What you inhale

Lita Air generates a gas mix with approx. 3-4% hydrogen concentration. The level is described as safety-first and controlled.

How it is generated

The device uses titanium PEM electrolysis with compatible distilled or purified water. Read more in our titanium PEM guide.

Why session time matters

More time is not necessarily better. For most routines, a repeatable 15-60 minute session is more practical.

What it is not

Lita Air is not a medical device and is not intended for diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of disease.

Lita Air in practice

Controlled hydrogen inhalation at home, in studios, or in clinics.

The practical setup is simple: fill with compatible water as instructed, connect the inhalation accessory, sit comfortably, and keep the session inside the recommended window. For product data, see Lita Air specifications.

Research on molecular hydrogen is a growing field. We use it as educational background, not as a promise of individual outcomes from Lita Air.
