Lita Aqua fits people who would rather drink hydrogen-rich water than sit for an inhalation session. The routine is simple: fresh water, 20 minutes of generation, and water to drink. The water is most concentrated right after it is made, so it is best drunk within an hour — otherwise it keeps better in a well-sealed container in the fridge.
Lita Aqua is a countertop hydrogen water generator — a stationary dispenser with a 2.4L tank, as opposed to a hydrogen water bottle that holds a few hundred millilitres and travels with you. The right product for the right routine.
Lita Aqua has a gas mode according to the manual, but it is not the use we recommend. It runs the device harder, may shorten its lifespan, and does not provide the same controlled gas mix as Lita Air. If you want hydrogen inhalation, Lita Air is the right product.

Care
Built for daily use and cleaning.
The manual describes removable cleaning parts, a clear water level, a large opening, and regular care. Water-contact parts should be kept clean and dry, and electrodes should be cleaned with citric acid roughly every two to three months.
- Use new water for every generation.
- Filtered or purified water is recommended; follow the manual.
- Do not use hot water, alkaline ionized water, tea, sugar, salt, or other additives in the tank.
- Gaskets, electrodes, and removable parts are consumable or replacement parts.
Lita Air or Lita Aqua?

Lita Air is the main product and our recommendation for hydrogen inhalation. Lita Aqua is the water version for customers who really want hydrogen-rich drinking water at home. They complement each other, but they are not the same experience.
